I recently took my 2011 Audi A4 to Simons for a regular service and to have the front end looked at as it was making some clunking noises. The noises where the result of worn drive arms which Richard had replaced nearly three years ago. Although the parts where outside of warranty, Richard contacted the supplier and insisted they provide replacement parts for free. The parts where also fitted free of charge. It took nearly a week for the parts to arrive and be fitted. This was no problem as Richard gave me a courtesy car for the whole time.
In addition to the service, all four wheels where realigned and a number of other minor issues addressed. The car drives like a dream! The car was also wash washed and detailed. The coast was very, very reasonable. Thanks Richard and Simon. 5 stars! Robert
